Acne should not be that difficult to correct.  It is not a topical issue but and internal orbiochemical one.

1.  Androgenic Acne:  Androgens (male hormones) are important for growth, muscle and brain development and a sense of vitality and well-being. They can unfortunately also be a cause of unpleasant health symptoms including thinning hair and prostate problems. And they can also be the source of acne breakouts, for ladies as well as guys. Not to fear, it’s easy to reverse and prevent.

 2.  Adrenal Acne: The adrenal glands, two tiny slivers of tissue, about 1 inch long by 1.5 inches wide, sit on top of the kidneys.  They play an important role in your overall health and your skin.

3.  Digestive Acne: The digestive system and the skin are interrelated. In fact, the surface of our digestive system can be thought of as a type of “internal skin”. Both systems function as barriers, containing large concentrations of defensive and inflammation-inducing cells. Whenever there is defensive (immune) activity, there is a potential for skin reactions such as rosacea, psoriasis and acne.
4.  Liver Acne: The liver is the home of hormone health, the site of sugar metabolism, an essential fat production factory and represents the body’s department of detoxification. It processes digestive waste and bile and is a storage depot for vitamins, minerals and amino acids. The Ancient Greeks held it to be more important than the heart or brain and its name is derived from the German word for “life”. It is next largest organ in the human body, second only to our skin, responsible for over 500 biological functions and is the link between the digestive and circulatory systems. A poorly functioning liver plays a role, on some level, in every degenerative health challenge. Thus, it is connected to all skin issues including psoriasis, eczema, rashes, back blemishes, boils and cysts.
5.  Thyroid Acne: Nearly 30 million people (90% being women) have thyroid disease, many of them undiagnosed.Because of the link between the thyroid and EVERY cell in the body, any disease is possible once thyroid function is compromised. In regards to skin health; dryness, eczema, rashes and accelerated dermal aging such as wrinkles and skin thinning, are frequently associated with poor thyroid function.
6.  Premenstrual Acne: Most women know about premenstrual  acne, over 40% of ladies will break out towards the end of their monthly cycle. But what many don’t know is that there are actually 2 types of PMS pimples and 2 different ways to address them.
7.  Menopausal Acne: This type of acne is similar to Androgenic Acne. Symptoms are triggered as the female sex hormones decrease and are no longer able to buffer the androgenic hormones active in the female body.
8.  Skin Sensitivity Acne: This type of acne is not biochemical in nature. Many ingredients in OTC (Over The Counter) skin care products can cause reactions particularly those with skin sensitivity. Preservatives, fragrances and dyes are typically the culprits.
