Baked Coconut Pears

 Ingredients

4 Organic Pears, halved and cored

1 cup Organic Shredded Coconut

4 tablespoons Toasted Almonds, chopped

4 tablespoons Stevia

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions:

Place pears in baking dish, cut-side up. Combine remaining ingredients and place 2 tablespoons filling in each pear half. Bake at 350 degrees until tender and bubbly, about 30 minutes.

Prep Time:  15 minutes   Bake Time:  30 minutes   Serves 8
