Energy Bars

FROM THE KITCHEN OF PAM COOPER

Ingredient & Directions: (Use organic where possible)

1 cup oats
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup almonds
In long glass dish spread out ingredients and bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
(Chop these up in mixer after baking)

1 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup
(Mix in mixer to liquify speed)

1/2 cup buckwheat oats or quinoa (cooked per container instructions)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup moist raisins
(Mix/chop together in blender)

Mix all together in bowl
Pat out into glass dish evenly, and bake at 180° for 20 minutes

Keep an eye out not to burn them.
